How it gets executed
The House owner initiates contact with Sinamika and enters into an agreement to delegate the management or rental process of their property (whether it's a flat or a bungalow) to Sinamika.
After entering into the agreement, the house owner hands over the keys and relevant property documents to the Sinamika operations team responsible for managing the specific property. This enables Sinamika to take up the responsibility of effectively managing the property on the owner's behalf.
The Sinamika operations team conducts a thorough search for tenants with a good background and reputation. They employ a tenant screening process to ensure that prospective tenants are reliable and trustworthy, thus safeguarding the interests of the house owner.
After finalizing the prospective tenant, Sinamika takes the following steps:
a) Conducts a comprehensive background check of the tenant to verify their credentials and ensure their suitability for the property.
b) Obtains the owner's approval for the selected tenant, providing evidence of the background check results to assure the owner that the tenant meets the necessary criteria and is a suitable choice for the property.

Once the prospective tenant has been successfully verified, Sinamika prepares the rental agreement, either in an online or offline format, to be signed by both parties—the house owner and the tenant. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the tenancy, ensuring a legally binding and transparent rental arrangement for both parties involved.
